Returns and Refunds

The buyer has the right, within 7 calendar days from the day of receiving the product, to return the product,

upon notifying us through fax (+30) 210 6420962 or email kerabosart@gmail.com  for the reason of returning the product,

with the obligation to pay for the transport cost back to us.

In this case, out company will debit the money to the bank account indicated by the buyer on the returning statement within 7 working days.

For the valid cancellation of the purchase, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the company at its initial packaging and condition.     
 

• Returns can be done either:

          a)With the presence of the client  to our store and with immediate refund through e-banking
          b) or Via courier
For the return of the product the client must have the receipt of the product purchase

 

If the return is due to our company’s fault, we will bear the return expenses.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Returns will be accepted only after the Company accepts it and after inspecting the product to be returned.

Attention:

In case the product arrives defective, we ask you to inform us immediately  within the next 8 hours, so that the matter can be arranged. Otherwise, a return cannot take place.

The returns expenses are bare our Company.
For accepting any return, the product must be in its original packaging .The return package is required to include the purchase receipt.
